Over the holiday break, we made necessary updates to Skyward, our Student Information System. These updates help keep the system reliable, secure, and up to date for the next several years. Skyward stores vital Student and school records, so keeping them safe is of utmost importance. Because of these updates, the Skyward mobile app may need a small reset for some users.
What you’ll need to do:
If you don’t have the Skyward app, no action is needed. The updates did not affect you. However, if you would like to start using the app, please do the following:
- Go to your phone’s app store and download the Skyward app.
- If you don’t know your Skyward login information, please get in touch with the school office for help.
The Skyward app allows parents to view attendance, grades, school messages, and schedules.
If you have the Skyward app already installed, you will need to remove your account from your app and then add it back
Steps to fix the app:
1. Open the Skyward app.
2. Enter your 4-digit passcode (if asked)
3. Tap edit
4. Tap delete, then confirm.
5. Return to the main screen
6. Search for your school and select it.
7. Enter your Skyward Login ID and Password.
If you have forgotten your login information, tap “Forgot Login ID or password?” and follow the instructions. Or feel free to contact the school office for assistance.
