The middle school/ high school are in secure mode - no one is allowed in or out of the buildings at this time. Please wait for further communication before contacting the school.
School authorities were made aware of a possible threat and have informed law enforcement. Police are on site and the middle school and high school are currently in secure mode. Law enforcement will determine when it is safe to resume normal activities. School administration and law enforcement are taking all necessary steps to ensure student and staff safety. More information to follow as soon as it is available.
Reed City Area Public Schools will be closed today February 22, 2021.

Reminder- Seven Day Meal pickup for virtual students is today, January 29th from 1 pm to 2 pm at the high school door 22.
Students who opted in for weekend meals at the High School and Middle School must come to the Cafe Friday afternoon to pick up their meals.
